Unit Commander

Overview

The 26th Separate Artillery Brigade invites to the service the commander of the unmanned aerial systems unit — a serviceman who organizes the work of the crew and is responsible for performing tasks using UAS.

Responsibilities:

• організація та керівництво роботою особового складу відділення БпАК;
• планування та розподіл завдань між військовослужбовцями відділення;
• підготовка екіпажу та безпілотних авіаційних комплексів до виконання завдань;
• контроль дотримання встановлених процедур під час експлуатації БпАК;
• контроль технічного стану безпілотних авіаційних комплексів та обладнання;
• організація взаємодії з іншими підрозділами під час виконання завдань;
• контроль ведення необхідної документації та обліку;
• підтримання належного рівня підготовки особового складу;
• аналіз результатів виконаних завдань та доповідь командуванню.

Requirements:

• experience in working with unmanned aircraft systems;
• practical experience in performing tasks using UAVs;
• understanding of the principles of operation and operation of UAS;
• skills in organizing the work of the UAV crew;
• leadership qualities and ability to manage personnel;
• ability to make decisions quickly and act in non-standard situations;
• knowledge of the rules of safe operation of UAVs;
• technical literacy and ability to control the serviceability of equipment;
• experience of military service in a command position will be an advantage.

Conditions:

• contracted military service;
• cash collateral from UAH 30,000;
• additional payments in accordance with the conditions of service and performance of tasks;
• annual basic leave — 30 calendar days;
• for combatants — an additional 14 calendar days;
• social guarantees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
