Platoon commander

Overview

The 419th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion invites the commander of the unmanned systems platoon (reconnaissance/strike systems) to the service.

You will organize the combat work of the crews and be responsible for performing tasks in the most responsible areas. We need a leader who is able to quickly analyze the situation, make decisions and effectively use modern technologies to destroy the enemy.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system – intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• control of a platoon of unmanned systems (UAS/UAS) and organization of their combat use
• planning and coordination of flights, aerial reconnaissance, adjustment of fire or strike missions
• organization of interaction with other units and crew management in real time
• control over the technical condition of unmanned systems, weapons and property of the platoon
• organization of combat training, coherence of personnel and observance of military discipline

Requirements:

• the presence of an officer rank
• understanding of the tactics of using unmanned systems
• experience in managing people, leadership skills and ability to take responsibility in critical situations
• analytical thinking, willingness to quickly learn and work with high technologies
• combat experience

Conditions:

• служба за контрактом або мобілізація до оголошення демобілізації
• можливе переведення з інших військових частин
• грошове забезпечення від 25 000 грн/міс + додаткові виплати до 100 000 грн (залежно від умов служби)
