Overview

The 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" has been defending Ukrainian land from Russian armed aggression since its formation in 2015. In March-April 2022, the brigade's units carried out combat missions in the Kyiv region, and from May 2022 onward in eastern Ukraine. The brigade continues to fight effectively and hold the line of defense. This vacancy is for service within the 2nd Rifle Battalion of the 10th Brigade. The unit is looking for reasonable, motivated people. Lack of experience is not a problem, since the unit provides training for newcomers led by experienced, battle-hardened veterans.

Responsibilities:

• conducting aerial reconnaissance of enemy positions
• adjusting artillery fire
• destroying the enemy using strike drones and FPVs
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• maintaining various types of drones and equipping them for operation

Requirements:

• experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage
• military service experience will be an advantage
• age from 18
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• ability to work in a team

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual main leave + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• free medical care
• completion of general military and specialized training before being assigned tasks
