Senior Combat Medic

Overview

The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members.

Responsibilities:

• coordinating the work of the unit's medical staff
• providing urgent aid to the wounded in combat conditions
• organizing the evacuation and transportation of the wounded
• monitoring the condition of first aid kits, medical supplies, and gear
• conducting basic medical training classes among personnel
• maintaining documentation

Requirements:

• knowledge of tactical medicine at the CMC level (combat medic/corpsman)
• medical education (paramedic, medic, physician, or appropriate training)
• combat medic MOS will be an advantage
• experience working as a combat medic will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual paid main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation
• qualified guidance at all stages of mobilization or transfer through to taking up the position
