Overview

The 419th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems invites a signalman tothe service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the unit always has uninterrupted and secure communication. This is a job for people with a technical mindset who understand how radio waves, networks, and special equipment work. Civilian experience in IT, telecom or network administration is the ideal background.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system — intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• deployment, configuration and support of radio networks, satellite communication systems (Starlink, etc.) and IP telephony
• firmware, tuning and repair of radio stations (Motorola, Harris, etc.) and EW/RAP TOOLS
• monitoring of signal quality, prompt troubleshooting and protection of communication channels from interference
• accounting, maintenance and preparation of communication equipment for unit visits

Requirements:

• understanding of the basic principles of radio communication, working with frequencies, antennas and routers
• the ability to work independently with iron, sew walkie-talkies, squeeze the cable and repair electronics
• experience in telecom providers, system administration or equipment repair
• readiness for service in the area of unit tasks (without visits to the contact line)
• complete secondary or higher education

Conditions:
