Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The 419th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems invites the deputy company commander for psychological support of personnel to the service.

You will be responsible for the morale of the team and maintaining discipline in the unit. Your work is a combination of constant communication with the fighters and a clear recording of all events in the reports and investigation materials.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system — intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• psychological support for fighters and assistance in overcoming combat stress
• high-quality execution of materials of internal investigations (cases of IPS, non-performance of duties, violation of discipline)
• maintaining daily reports, logs and other documents of the unit
• prevention of violations and outreach to personnel
• assistance to the company commander in organizing the internal life of the unit

Requirements:

• the presence of an officer rank
• ability to work with people in difficult circumstances and resolve conflicts
• literacy and attentiveness when working with documents
• higher education (psychology, sociology or humanities)

Conditions:

• служба за контрактом або мобілізація до оголошення демобілізації
• можливе переведення з інших військових частин
• грошове забезпечення від 25 000 грн/міс + додаткові виплати 30 000 грн (залежно від умов служби)
