Head of Medical Station

Overview

The 419th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems invites the head of the medical center to the service.

This position is the basis of the health and combat capability of the personnel of our unit. You will be responsible for the direct work of the first-aid post, the organization of primary care, medical and preventive measures and escort of fighters.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system — intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• organization of work and management of the battalion medical center
• providing qualified medical care, examinations, treatment and medical control over the state of healthof servicemen (therapeutic profile)
• planning and control of the provision of the first-aid post with the necessary medicines, means and equipment
• maintenance of medical records and reporting
• carrying out sanitary and hygienic and anti-epidemic measures
• interaction with higher medical authorities and military medical institutions

Requirements:

• the presence of an officer rank
• experience in managing medical personnel or working in senior medical positions
• in-depth knowledge of military medicine, the organization of the medical center and the current treatment protocols
• leadership qualities, high responsibility, stress resistance, ability to organize work in difficult conditions
• complete higher medical education in the field of "Medicine" (specialization "General Medicine", mainly — therapy)

Conditions:

• служба за контрактом або мобілізація до оголошення демобілізації
• можливе переведення з інших військових частин
• грошове забезпечення від 25 000 грн/міс + додаткові виплати до 30 000 грн (залежно від умов служби)
