FPV Drone Pilot (English-speaking)

Overview

The 422nd Separate Rifle Battalion is part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit was formed in 2023 in Ternopil region and took part in fighting in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The unit is looking for conscientious and motivated citizens with knowledge of English who are ready to learn, grow, and together liberate the territories of Ukraine from the russian occupiers.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of an English-speaking unit
• destroying enemy personnel and equipment using FPV drones
• strict adherence to military discipline

Requirements:

• knowledge of English at B1 level or higher
• computer literacy at a confident user level
• gaming skills will be an advantage
• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• a high level of motivation and a constant desire to learn and develop
• complete abstinence from alcoholic beverages and drugs during service
• no criminal record
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• monetary allowance from 51,000 to 121,000 hryvnias depending on combat orders and where they are carried out
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual main leave + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills and foreign language knowledge
