Overview

The 5th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade (formerly the 5th Separate Tank Brigade) is part of the "Zahid" ("West") Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade took part in fighting in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions and is currently carrying out missions in the Pokrovsk sector.

Responsibilities:

• preparing materials and interviews with servicemen
• escorting journalists and working with media representatives
• managing the brigade's social media pages
• photography and videography
• maintaining documentation

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• experience in media or journalism
• basic proficiency in photo editors or video editing software will be an advantage
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, depending on where tasks are performed
• materiel provision of uniform and gear
• support during the Military Medical Commission stage
