Senior Technician

Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2023. The unit's servicemen are currently holding the Kupiansk sector.

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for performing scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and fault detection on military equipment and machinery
• managing technical teams or groups
• repairing and restoring equipment to working condition in accordance with established standards and procedures

Requirements:

• an enlisted (private) position
• mandatory possession of secondary technical or higher education in automotive mechanics
• fitness for military service
• military service experience and shooting skills will be an advantage
• knowledge of procedures and safety rules when working with firearms
• ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
• responsibility and discipline
• ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• the opportunity to complete basic combined-arms training abroad
• support during the Regional TCC stage for civilians in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts
