Overview

work with personnel, preparation of plans and instructions for subordinates,
provision of training and coaching for servicemen of the unit

Responsibilities:

• performance of combat tasks as part of a unit
• work with personnel
• preparation of plans and instructions for subordinates
• provision of training and coaching for servicemen of the unit
• strategic and tactical planning of operations
• reporting to management
• interaction with commanders of other departments, platoon commander

Requirements:

• experience as a squad/platoon leader or developed leadership skills
• fitness for duty for health reasons
• experience in military service will be an advantage
• readiness to work in an active combat zone

Conditions:

• мобілізація до кінця воєнного стану або служба за контрактом
• можливість переведення чинних військовослужбовців за згодою безпосереднього командира
• можливість служби для кандидатів, які за висновком ВЛК придатні до служби у військових частинах забезпечення, ТЦК та СП, ВВНЗ, навчальних центрах тощо
• можливість служби для кандидатів зі статусом СЗЧ
• грошове забезпечення від 20 000 до 120 000 гривень залежно від поставленого завдання та місця служби
