Overview

The senior technician of the UAS company is a serviceman responsible for the technical condition, serviceability and readiness of unmanned systems and equipment of the unit.

The position combines technical competence, responsibility and organizational skills. The senior technician ensures that the equipment is properly prepared for operation, supervises its maintenance, and helps maintain the technical capability of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles and company equipment. Control of the technical condition of UAVs, ground equipment, means of communication, power supply and other property. Preparation of technical means for the performance of tasks. Troubleshooting and organization of their timely elimination. Control of the correct operation and storage of technical means. Organization of the work of the company's technical personnel. Distribution of tasks among subordinate specialists and control of their implementation. Maintaining technical documentation and accounting of equipment. Control of completeness, serviceability and preservation of the assigned property. Participation in the acceptance, inspection and commissioning of new equipment. Providing technical assistance to UAS operators. Compliance with safety requirements when working with machinery, electronic equipment and power supplies. Continuous improvement of technical processes and professional skills of personnel.

Requirements:

• Age from 18 years. Motivation to perform military service. Discipline and responsibility. Technical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to organize work and control the implementation of tasks. Skills in working with electronics, machinery and computer equipment. Ability to quickly find and eliminate technical faults. Ability to work in a team. Stress resistance and willingness to work under increased load. Specialized technical education will be an advantage. Experience in repairing or servicing UAVs will be an advantage. Military experience will be an advantage. Willingness to constantly master new technologies and technical solutions.
