Overview

A cook is a serviceman who is responsible for preparing high-quality and nutritious meals for personnel. In military conditions, this work requires not only culinary skills, but also organization, responsibility and the ability to work within a certain time frame.

This is a position for a person who understands that a well-organized meal is an important part of the daily provision and support of personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals in accordance with established nutritional standards. Organizing the process of preparing food for personnel. Compliance with cooking technology and sanitary and hygienic requirements. Quality control of products before use. Proper storage of food products and control of their suitability. Compliance with product labeling standards and the established menu. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and workplace. Careful use of kitchen utensils and equipment. Compliance with fire and industrial safety rules. Interaction with responsible persons of the food service. Fulfillment of command tasks within the scope of official duties.

Requirements:

• Age from 18 years. Motivation to perform military service. Discipline and responsibility - Practical cooking skills. Attentiveness and tidiness. Ability to work in a team. Ability to organize workflow and meet deadlines. Willingness to work under heavy load. Experience as a cook will be an advantage. Profile education will be an advantage. Willingness to adhere to military discipline and established sanitary standards.
