Company Sergeant

Overview

The chief sergeant of the UAS company is a key non-commissioned officer position that involves organizing the daily activities of the unit, maintaining a high level of discipline and coherence of the personnel.

The serviceman in this position is an important link between the command and personnel of the company, helps to ensure proper training of servicemen, monitors the implementation of tasks and contributes to maintaining a professional atmosphere in the unit.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the daily activities of the company personnel. Maintaining military discipline and internal order. Control of the execution of tasks by personnel in accordance with the orders of the command. Organization and conduct of professional, tactical and physical training classes. Promoting the coherence and effective interaction of the company's servicemen. Monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform the assigned tasks. Participation in the organization of providing the unit with the necessary property and equipment. Control over the proper treatment of weapons, equipment and other fixed property. Assisting the company commander in the organization of work and personnel management. Identification of problematic issues in the unit and assistance in their timely resolution. Mentoring and supporting junior commanders and military personnel. Compliance with safety requirements and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Age from 18 years. Availability of sergeant military rank. Motivation to perform military service. Discipline, responsibility and integrity. Leadership and organizational qualities. Ability to work with personnel and enjoy authority in the team. Ability to make decisions and be responsible for their implementation. Stress tolerance and emotional balance. Good physical shape. Experience in military service will be an advantage. Experience in performing tasks in UAS units will be an advantage. Experience in combat will be an advantage. Readiness for professional development and raising the level of sergeant training.
