Firefighter

Overview

Firefighter — a serviceman responsible for the prevention and elimination of fires, the preservation of personnel, equipment, weapons and property of the unit. This is a job for people who know how to act quickly, coherently and responsibly in critical situations.

Responsibilities:

• detection and prompt elimination of fires;
• participation in extinguishing fires and conducting emergency rescue measures;
• ensuring fire safety on the territory of the unit;
• control of the serviceability of firefighting equipment;
• carrying out measures to prevent fires;
• evacuation of people, machinery and property in case of danger;
• performing other tasks in accordance with the position and needs of the unit.

Requirements:

• fitness for military service;
• responsibility, discipline and attentiveness;
• good physical shape;
• ability to make decisions quickly in non-standard situations;
• willingness to work in a team;
• experience in the field of fire safety will be an advantage, but is not mandatory;
• readiness for military service and performance of assigned tasks.
