Rifleman

Overview

Rifleman is a serviceman who performs tasks as part of a combat unit and is responsible for the effective use of standard small arms. This is a basic, but extremely important military specialty, where endurance, discipline, attentiveness and the ability to act coherently in a team are important.

Responsibilities:

• виконання завдань у складі підрозділу;
• володіння та правильне застосування штатної стрілецької зброї;
• підтримання зброї та спорядження у справному стані;
• виконання команд та розпоряджень командира;
• спостереження за визначеною ділянкою та своєчасне реагування на зміни обстановки;
• взаємодія з іншими військовослужбовцями підрозділу;
• участь у заняттях та тренуваннях з бойової підготовки;
• дотримання заходів безпеки під час поводження зі зброєю;
• підтримання належного рівня фізичної та тактичної підготовки.

Requirements:

• readiness for military service;
• physical endurance;
• discipline and responsibility;
• attentiveness and good reaction;
• ability to work in a team;
• psychological resilience;
• willingness to perform tasks in different conditions;
• willingness to learn and constantly improve military skills;
• Military service experience would be an advantage, but is not required.

Conditions:

• Cash security from UAH 30,000 + additional payments in accordance with the current legislation and conditions of service. Formal military service as part of the 115th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Full-fledged military and combat training before performing tasks. Ability to master a military specialty even without previous military experience. Regular training and improvement of tactical, physical and professional skills. Work as part of a coordinated team, where each serviceman has his own task and is responsible for the joint result. Provision of military uniforms, equipment, personal protective equipment and necessary property in accordance with established standards.
