UAS Squad Leader

Overview

The commander of the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) unit is the head of a team of specialists working with modern unmanned systems. He organizes the work of the personnel, is responsible for the preparation of equipment and the implementation of the tasks assigned to the unit. A position for a person with leadership qualities, technical thinking and a willingness to take responsibility for the team.

Responsibilities:

• керівництво особовим складом відділення БпАК;
• організація та контроль виконання поставлених завдань;
• планування роботи та розподіл завдань між військовослужбовцями;
• контроль підготовки безпілотних комплексів та обладнання до роботи;
• контроль технічного стану та готовності обладнання;
• організація взаємодії операторів БпАК з іншими підрозділами;
• контроль дотримання особовим складом вимог безпеки;
• організація професійної підготовки та підвищення навичок підлеглих;
• ведення необхідної службової документації;
• доповідь командуванню про результати роботи та стан підрозділу.

Requirements:

• офіцерське звання буде перевагою;
• досвід військової служби та командування особовим складом буде перевагою;
• досвід роботи з БпАК або іншими безпілотними системами буде перевагою;
• лідерські та організаторські здібності;
• технічне мислення;
• впевнене користування комп’ютером та сучасними цифровими технологіями;
• здатність швидко приймати рішення та брати відповідальність;
• уважність, дисциплінованість та стресостійкість;
• здатність ефективно працювати в команді;
• готовність постійно навчатися та вдосконалювати професійні навички.

Conditions:

• Cash security from UAH 30,000 + additional payments in accordance with the current legislation and conditions of service. Formal military service as part of the 115th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Working with modern unmanned aerial systems and digital technologies. Vocational training and education in the direction of UAS. Ability to develop team, technical and managerial competencies at the same time. A managerial position with the ability to organize the work of the team and directly influence the result of the unit.
