Gun Chief Sergeant Commander

Overview

The main sergeant — the gun commander is responsible for organizing the work of the gun crew, the readiness of weapons and the coherence of the team's actions during the performance of the assigned tasks. This is a position for a serviceman who is ready to take responsibility for people, equipment and results.

Responsibilities:

• керівництво та координація роботи гарматного розрахунку;
• організація підготовки гармати та майна до виконання завдань;
• контроль справності та готовності озброєння;
• розподіл обов’язків між членами розрахунку;
• контроль виконання команд та поставлених завдань;
• забезпечення злагодженої роботи розрахунку;
• дотримання заходів безпеки під час роботи з озброєнням;
• підтримання особового складу в належному стані готовності;
• навчання та наставництво членів розрахунку;
• взаємодія з командуванням та іншими підрозділами.

Requirements:

• experience of military service will be an advantage;
• knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of artillery weapons;
• leadership qualities;
• responsibility and discipline;
• ability to organize the work of the team;
• ability to make decisions quickly;
• good physical and psychological endurance;
• willingness to work in a team and take responsibility for the result.

Conditions:

• cash support from UAH 30,000 to 125,000, depending on the tasks assigned and the place of service;
