Category 3 Staff Sergeant of the Aviation and Air Defense Service is a specialist who ensures the organization of the work of the unit, coordination of personnel and performance of tasks in the direction of aviation and air defense.

Responsibilities:

• organization and coordination of personnel work;
• participation in the performance of tasks of the aviation and air defense service;
• control of readiness of personnel and technical means;
• interaction with the command and other units;
• collection, systematization and transfer of the necessary information;
• maintenance of established documentation and records;
• control over the observance of military discipline;
• participation in the organization of training and education of servicemen.

Requirements:
