Overview

Category 3 staff sergeant of the reconnaissance unit is a specialist who organizes the work of personnel and ensures the fulfillment of reconnaissance tasks in the artillery unit. Position for organized, responsible people who know how to work with information, coordinate a team and act quickly.

Responsibilities:

• organization and coordination of the work of the personnel of the department;
• participation in the tasks of reconnaissance support of an artillery unit;
• collection, systematization and transfer of the necessary information;
• interaction with the command and other units;
• control over the implementation of assigned tasks;
• maintaining the necessary records and documentation;
• monitoring the readiness of personnel and equipment;
• compliance with military discipline and established rules.

Requirements:

• experience of military service will be an advantage;
• organization and responsibility;
• leadership qualities;
• attentiveness and analytical thinking;
• ability to work with information and documentation;
• the ability to quickly assess the situation and make decisions;
• stress resistance;
• willingness to work in a team and perform tasks in difficult conditions.

• cash support from UAH 30,000 to 125,000, depending on the tasks assigned and the place of service;
