Overview

The NCO is the key link between command and personnel. He is responsible for organizing the work of servicemen, maintaining discipline and coherence of the unit.

Responsibilities:

• organization and coordination of personnel work;
• control over the fulfillment of assigned tasks by servicemen;
• maintenance of military discipline and internal order;
• monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks;
• participation in the training and education of servicemen;
• mentoring and support of personnel;
• control over the provision of servicemen with the necessary property and equipment;
• interaction with commanders and unit commanders;
• control of compliance with safety requirements.

Requirements:

• experience of military service;
• leadership qualities and authority in the team;
• organization and responsibility;
• knowledge of statutory requirements and the basics of military service;
• ability to make decisions and act in difficult situations;
• communication skills and ability to work with personnel;
• discipline and stress resistance;
• willingness to take responsibility for the team

Conditions:

• cash support from UAH 30,000 to 125,000, depending on the tasks assigned and the place of service;
