A combat medic is not just a person with a first aid kit. This is a specialist who must act quickly, coolly and confidently when every second can matter.

As part of the 430th separate regiment of unmanned systems "CONTOUR", the combat medic is responsible for the medical readiness of the unit, providing care to the wounded and their stabilization until further evacuation.

It is not enough just to know the protocols. You need to be able to assess the situation, make a decision and act, even when the situation changes in seconds.

This is a profession for those who are ready to take responsibility for the most valuable thing — the life and healthof their fellow men.

Responsibilities:

• providing prehospital and tactical medical care;
• assessing the condition of the wounded and prioritizing assistance;
• taking the necessary measures to stabilize the victims;
• preparation of the wounded for further evacuation;
• participation in the organization of medical evacuation;
• control of the availability and readiness of medical property;
• maintaining the medical readiness of the unit;
• maintaining the necessary documentation;
• continuous improvement of medical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• medical education or appropriate vocational training will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the basics of tactical medicine;
• the ability to quickly assess the situation and make decisions;
• high responsibility and discipline;
• stress resistance and emotional endurance;
• physical endurance;
• willingness to work in a team;
• willingness to constantly learn and improve professional skills.

Conditions:

• проходження військової служби у 430 ОП БпС «КОНТУР»;
• грошове забезпечення від 30 000 грн на місяць відповідно до посади, військового звання, вислуги років, умов та місця проходження служби;
• додаткове грошове забезпечення за виконання завдань відповідно до чинного законодавства;
• професійна підготовка та навчання;
• забезпечення формою, спорядженням та необхідним медичним майном;
• можливість професійного розвитку та підвищення кваліфікації;
• можливість переведення з іншої військової частини;
• можливість повернення до військової служби після СЗЧ у порядку, визначеному законодавством України;
• можливість проходження служби для кандидатів із цивільного життя.
