Radio Operator

Overview

Radiotelephone operator — a serviceman who provides radiocommunication and information transmission between units during the performance of official and combat tasks. The position requires attentiveness, discipline and the ability to work quickly and clearly with information.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring stable radiocommunication;
• work with radiocommunication means and communication equipment;
• reception and transmission of information in accordance with the established procedure;
• maintenance of communication means in good condition;
• control of the quality and stability of communication;
• compliance with the established rules and procedures of radio exchange;
• maintaining the necessary documentation;
• interaction with personnel and other elements of the unit;
• performance of tasks in accordance with the position and needs of the unit.

Requirements:

• complete general secondary education;
• confident use of communication means and electronic equipment will be an advantage;
• attentiveness and responsibility;
• good memory and ability to perceive information quickly;
• clear and competent communication;
• stress resistance;
• ability to work in a team;
• readiness for training and development of new means of communication.

Conditions:

• проходження військової служби у складі 430-го окремого полку безпілотних систем «КОНТУР»;
• грошове забезпечення від 30 000 грн на місяць відповідно до посади, військового звання, вислуги років, умов та місця проходження служби;
• додаткове грошове забезпечення за виконання завдань відповідно до чинного законодавства;
• професійна підготовка та навчання;
• забезпечення формою одягу, спорядженням та необхідними засобами;
• можливість професійного розвитку та підвищення кваліфікації;
• можливість переведення з іншої військової частини;
• можливість повернення до військової служби після СЗЧ у порядку, визначеному законодавством України;
• можливість проходження військової служби для кандидатів із цивільного життя, у тому числі без попереднього військового досвіду.
