Fixed-Wing UAV Operator

Overview

The "wing" operator is responsible for training and controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle, performing air surveillance tasks and transmitting the received information. The position is suitable for those who are interested in aviation, equipment, drones and are ready to develop professionally in the modern army.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of UAVs for tasks;
• control of an unmanned aerial vehicle;
• performance of flight tasks;
• aerial surveillance and information gathering;
• control of flight parameters and equipment operation;
• interaction with other elements of the crew and unit;
• control of the technical condition of the complex;
• maintaining the necessary documentation;
• analysis of the results of completed tasks;
• observance of safety measures during the preparation and operation of UAVs.

Requirements:

• basic technical literacy;
• confident use of the computer;
• good coordination and concentration of attention;
• ability to make decisions quickly;
• responsibility and attention to detail;
• willingness to work in a team;
• readiness to learn and master new technologies;
• uAV experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Conditions:

• проходження військової служби у складі 430-го окремого полку безпілотних систем «КОНТУР»;
• грошове забезпечення — від 30 000 грн на місяць, відповідно до займаної посади, військового звання, вислуги років, умов та місця проходження служби;
• додаткове грошове забезпечення за виконання завдань відповідно до чинного законодавства;
• професійна підготовка та навчання за спеціальністю;
• забезпечення формою одягу, спорядженням та необхідними засобами для виконання службових обов'язків;
• можливість професійного розвитку та підвищення кваліфікації;
• можливість переведення з іншої військової частини;
• можливість повернення до військової служби після СЗЧ у порядку, визначеному законодавством України;
• можливість проходження військової служби для кандидатів із цивільного життя, у тому числі без попереднього військового досвіду.
