Overview

The 17th Separate Heavy Mechanized Kryvyi Rih Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 2014 to the present, it has taken an active part in the war against the occupiers. The brigade has fought for Sloviansk, Ilovaisk, and Debaltseve, and defended Mariupol. With the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit carried out missions in eastern and southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• photographing military events, training, and the daily life of servicemen
• editing photographs for further use in the press, social media, and other media channels
• compliance with confidentiality and security requirements when working with photo materials

Requirements:

• ability to work with professional camera equipment and photo editing software
• creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to spot unique moments worth capturing
• desire to learn and grow in this field

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• social guarantees
• guaranteed annual main leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of additional leave for family circumstances
• processing of Combat Veteran status and other benefits
