Overview

The 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" has been defending Ukrainian land from Russian armed aggression since its formation in 2015. In March-April 2022, the brigade's units carried out combat missions in the Kyiv region, and from May 2022 onward in eastern Ukraine. The brigade continues to fight effectively and hold the line of defense. This vacancy is for service in the motorized infantry battalion of the 10th Brigade "Edelweiss". The unit is looking for reasonable, motivated people. Lack of experience is not a problem, since the unit provides training for newcomers led by experienced, battle-hardened veterans.

Responsibilities:

• repair of motor vehicles
• driving armored vehicles such as APCs, IFVs, and MT-LBs
• carrying out service-combat missions as part of the unit
• carrying out current repair, maintenance, and evacuation of damaged equipment
• keeping the vehicle in constant readiness for operation

Requirements:

• experience in vehicle repair
• military service experience will be an advantage
• a category B and/or C, D driver's license (other categories will be an advantage)
• experience operating light armored vehicles will be an advantage
• fitness for military service by state of health

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• training before taking up the position
• Combat Veteran status
• annual main leave of 30 days
