Psychologist, Serviceman

Overview

The 306th Separate Electronic Warfare Regiment is successfully taking an active part in repelling, detecting, and destroying enemy equipment and personnel. We are looking for an ambitious, responsible person with a clear outlook on life for the position of psychologist, ready to work and grow within the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with us.

Responsibilities:

• Your duties will include:
• Providing psychological support and counseling to servicemen at various stages of service
• Organizing and conducting group counseling to improve psychological resilience during stressful situations and combat (training-combat) task performance
• Assessing the socio-psychological state of servicemen
• Developing practical measures for psychological rehabilitation and stress-situation prevention
• Identifying and helping to maintain a generally healthy morale in the unit

Requirements:

• Requirements:
• Military service experience (not required, but will be an advantage);
• Age 18 to 55;
• Responsibility, resilience to stressful situations, attentiveness, ability to work in a team;
• Education - a humanities degree in "Psychology" or a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field and psychological aid skills (not required, but will be an advantage)
