Deputy Company Commander for Psychological Support

Overview

The 306th Separate Electronic Warfare Regiment is successfully taking an active part in repelling, detecting, and destroying enemy equipment and personnel. We are looking for an ambitious, responsible person with a clear outlook on life for the position of Deputy Company Commander for Psychological Support, ready to work and grow within the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Your duties will include:
  • Organizing and conducting psychological screening of candidates for military service, participating in forming the unit's personnel;
  • Assessing the moral-psychological state of servicemen, regular monitoring and forecasting of the unit's psychological resilience;
  • Providing psychological training for personnel: teaching self-regulation methods, improving stress resistance and team cohesion;
  • Providing individual and group psychological support to servicemen at all stages of service (before, during, and after combat tasks);
  • Building a trusting atmosphere within the unit, developing leadership, mutual support, and effective internal communication;
  • Participating in planning and supporting combat tasks with consideration of the unit's moral-psychological state, advising the company commander.

  • Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service.

Conditions:

  • Requirements:
  • Education: higher education in "Psychology"; additional training in military or crisis psychology is preferred.
  • Holding officer rank or willingness to complete the relevant training to obtain it.
  • Experience: practical experience in psychological support, counseling, or working with personnel; combat or service experience is an advantage;
  • Confident PC skills (Microsoft Office, electronic reporting, basic analytical tools);
  • Age from 25 to 50.
  • Responsibility, resilience to stressful situations, attentiveness, ability to work in a team.
