UAV Pilot

Overview

A UAV pilot (operator) is a specialist who prepares an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) for flight, remotely controls its movement, and carries out assigned tasks (reconnaissance, fire adjustment, strike missions).

Responsibilities:

• conducting aerial reconnaissance
• adjusting artillery fire
• destroying the enemy using strike drones and FPVs
• maintaining various types of drones and equipping them for operation

Requirements:

• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• quick assessment of the aerial situation and predicting drone behavior
• ability to read maps and use navigation devices
• readiness to work in the combat zone

Conditions:

• official mobilization or contract service
• full support for the candidate at all stages of enrolling for service
• completion of general military and specialized training before being assigned tasks
• full technical and materiel provision
