Copter-Type UAS Pilot Training Instructor
Overview
Anger is our truth. The 22nd Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion "Kratos" is an experience that cannot be broken, an anger that cannot be extinguished, and a brotherhood stronger than steel.
"Kratos" was born in the flames of 2022. Kyiv region, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Makiivka, Kupiansk — we went through it all and left behind nothing but the enemy's ashes.
War is changing, and we are changing with it. In 2025, "Kratos" became an unmanned systems battalion. Implementing modern technology on the battlefield is our philosophy. We value our soldiers, because a warrior's life is worth more than iron.
Responsibilities:
- Training servicemen in piloting multirotor-type bombers
- preparing training materials, planning missions and training flight routes
- Monitoring training flights: pre- and post-flight preparation, weather condition analysis, etc.
- Coordinating actions among crew members during training and task performance
- maintaining reporting on training results
- assessing crew knowledge and skills, helping to improve their professional level
Requirements:
- experience piloting heavy strike drones in combat conditions
- experience flying under conditions of enemy EW interference
- skills in configuring drones, pre-flight preparation, and minor repairs
- ability and desire to teach, pass on knowledge and experience, including by personal example
- a drive to improve one's own methods and share successful practices with colleagues
- an instructor certificate will be an advantage
- readiness to independently carry out combat sorties
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen via Armiya+
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance depending on the terms of service
- social protection, medical care, mandatory guaranteed leave of 30 days per year with the possibility of spending it abroad
