FPV Drone Pilot Training Instructor
Overview

"Kratos" was born in the flames of 2022. Kyiv region, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Makiivka, Kupiansk — we went through it all and left behind nothing but the enemy's ashes.
War is changing, and we are changing with it. In 2025, "Kratos" became an unmanned systems battalion. Implementing modern technology on the battlefield is our philosophy. We value our soldiers, because a warrior's life is worth more than iron.
Responsibilities:
- Training personnel in the operation, combat use, and maintenance of FPV-type unmanned aircraft systems
- preparing training materials, planning missions and training flight routes
- Participating in organizing training processes, ensuring compliance with discipline and safety rules
- Assessing personnel's knowledge, abilities, and skills, and developing and implementing measures to improve their professional level
- organizing the execution of tasks defined by the unit commander
Requirements:
- confident FPV drone piloting and at least 1 year of experience using FPV drones in the combat zone
- knowledge of the basics of navigation, FPV drone assembly, and the operating principles of video transmitters, cameras, antennas, batteries, and flight controllers (Betaflight, iNav)
- knowledge of the basics of electronic warfare and EW countermeasures, and the procedure for preparing and conducting combat missions as part of a crew
- knowledge of the safe operating rules for FPV drones, skills in assembling, configuring, and testing FPV drones
- skills conducting training, briefings, and instruction
- experience working with Betaflight, BLHeli software
- discipline, attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance, analytical thinking
- ability to train and work with servicemen
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen via Armiya+
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance depending on the terms of service
- social protection, medical care, mandatory guaranteed leave of 30 days per year with the possibility of spending it abroad
