Squad Leader

Overview

The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a combat unit within the Armed Forces of Ukraine that specializes in conducting reconnaissance, obtaining critically important information about the enemy, and providing units with accurate intelligence data.
The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a unit for motivated, physically resilient, and responsible service members who are ready to carry out difficult tasks for the sake of Ukraine's security and future.
We invite motivated men and women to serve under contract/mobilization in the position of squad leader.

Responsibilities:

• Commanding and coordinating the squad's actions
• Participating in training and improving the squad's skills and readiness level
• ensuring discipline within the squad
• Ensuring the squad completes combat tasks
• Carrying out combat and special tasks as part of the unit

Requirements:

• strict compliance with military discipline and the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• high responsibility and motivation
• age 18 to 50
• sergeant rank
• readiness to perform tasks in the combat area
• knowledge of weapons and military equipment, knowledge of combat tactics will be an advantage
• accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
• knowledge of tactical medicine will be an advantage
• experience coordinating the actions of subordinates
• no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency
• no medical contraindications
• readiness to learn, develop, and work in a team

Conditions:

• contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• full provision of uniform, personal protective equipment, and meals
• additional payments for combat task performance
• a full training cycle: basic combined-arms training, specialized training, and an adaptation course at the military unit
• provision of all necessary supplies and equipment
• full medical care
