Administrative Group Officer
Overview
The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a combat unit within the Armed Forces of Ukraine that specializes in conducting reconnaissance, obtaining critically important information about the enemy, and providing units with accurate intelligence data.
The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a unit for motivated, physically resilient, and responsible service members who are ready to carry out difficult tasks for the sake of Ukraine's security and future.

We invite motivated men and women to serve under contract/mobilization in the position of administrative group officer.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and providing administrative support for headquarters
- Maintaining, recording, and monitoring the headquarters' official documentation (orders, directives, reports, dispatches, correspondence)
- Drafting orders, official letters, reference notes, extracts, and other administrative documents
- Organizing document flow, registration, storage, and archiving of documents
- Monitoring compliance with established deadlines for executing command orders and instructions
- Organizing official meetings and briefings, and recording decisions in minutes
- Coordinating interaction between headquarters' structural units on administrative matters
- Keeping records of headquarters personnel within your area of competence (transfers, business trips, rotations, leave)
- Participating in preparing materials for personnel, financial, and social matters
- Monitoring compliance with records-management requirements, official ethics, and military discipline

- Ensuring the security of official and confidential information
- Compliance with confidentiality and official information security requirements
Requirements:
- strict compliance with military discipline and the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- high responsibility and motivation
- age 20 to 50
- officer's rank
- confident-user-level PC skills, knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel)
- military service experience in command or staff positions (will be an advantage)
- knowledge of the basics of military records management
- ability to work with a large volume of documents and information
- no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency
- readiness to work as part of a team
Conditions:
- contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- full provision of uniform, personal protective equipment, and meals
