Civil-Military Cooperation Group Officer

Overview

The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a combat unit within the Armed Forces of Ukraine that specializes in conducting reconnaissance, obtaining critically important information about the enemy, and providing units with accurate intelligence data.
The 7th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion is a unit for motivated, physically resilient, and responsible service members who are ready to carry out difficult tasks for the sake of Ukraine's security and future.
We invite motivated men and women to serve under contract/mobilization in the position of civil-military cooperation group officer.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, developing, and maintaining cooperation with civilian institutions, government authorities, and local self-government bodies
• Coordinating interaction between military command and non-military structures, public and international organizations
• Analyzing the humanitarian, socio-economic, and security situation in the unit's area of responsibility
• Planning, organizing, and conducting civil-military cooperation activities
• Participating in measures to ensure the safety of civilians and organizing their protection
• Serving as an intermediary between military units and the civilian population
• Working with the families of deceased, missing, and captured servicemen
• Interacting with social protection authorities and other relevant services
• Maintaining official documentation, preparing analytical materials, reference notes, and reports in the CIMIC field

Requirements:

• strict compliance with military discipline and the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• high responsibility and motivation
• age 20 to 50
• officer rank
• confident-user-level PC skills, knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel)
• relevant education (organization of troop morale and psychological support, social work) will be an advantage
• ability to react quickly to changes in the situation
• maintaining confidentiality
• no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency
• no medical contraindications
• readiness to work as part of a team

Conditions:

• contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• full provision of uniform, personal protective equipment, and meals
