SMM Manager

Overview

We are looking for a responsible, motivated candidate for the position of SMM manager in the recruitment department, as part of the 154th Separate Mechanized Brigade, 16th Army Corps, Operational Command "North" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• creating and publishing content for social media: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram (photos, videos, texts, stories, reels)
• writing video scripts accounting for military specifics
• processing and editing footage, creating a finished video product
• communicating with the audience, answering questions, running social media pages
• analytics and launching targeted advertising

Requirements:

• experience in SMM/communications/copywriting
• ability to create interesting, high-quality content
• ability to work with social media and web platforms
• fluent proficiency in Ukrainian
• understanding of social media trends and audience engagement principles
• readiness to work under service conditions (deployments, filming)
• knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms
• ability to set up targeted advertising preferred
• understanding of the audience: civilians who know little about the military
• comprehensive management of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok): publishing content, maintaining feedback with candidates, responding to messages
• experience working with video equipment (smartphones, photo and video cameras)
• skills in video editing software, ability to assemble material into a finished product
• driver's license category B

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law directly into the military unit or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
