Overview
The 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Mariupol Brigade is a motorized infantry brigade within the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stationed in the Donetsk region. The brigade was formed in early 2015 following the start of russian aggression in 2014. In 2022, the unit took part in the battles for Mariupol, Volnovakha, Pisky, Vuhledar, Huliaipole, and Bakhmut.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing mass-demand dishes and culinary products using various heat-processing methods
- Portioning and serving prepared meals
- Compliance with nutritional standards
- Compliance with the operating principles of technological equipment
- Compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Ukrainian citizenship
- no outstanding or unexpunged conviction for a serious or especially serious crime
- no close relatives holding citizenship (nationality) of a foreign state recognized under current legislation as an aggressor state
- relevant education (vocational or higher)
- 1+ years of experience working in food service establishments
- knowledge of various recipes and the skills to prepare them
- knowledge of the specifics of processing vegetables, cereals, pasta, and legumes, and the shelf life and storage conditions of dishes
- initiative, sociability, discipline, neatness
- drive for self-development
- readiness for business trips within Ukraine (twice a year, 1-1.5 months each)

- contract service or mobilization until the end of martial law
