Overview

The 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Mariupol Brigade is a motorized infantry brigade within the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stationed in the Donetsk region. The brigade was formed in early 2015 following the start of russian aggression in 2014. In 2022, the unit took part in the battles for Mariupol, Volnovakha, Pisky, Vuhledar, Huliaipole, and Bakhmut.

Responsibilities:

  • maintaining medical documentation
  • recording the wounded's medical data for further monitoring and treatment
  • assisting during complex instrumental examinations and treatment procedures
  • assisting physicians in performing procedures

Requirements:

  • vocational secondary medical education
  • 1+ years of experience in the medical field
  • fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
  • ability to work in emergency situations and stressful conditions

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • possibility of transferring current servicemen
  • monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
  • provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
  • civilian candidates are required to complete basic combined-arms training at a training center
