ATGM Operator

Overview

We are looking for a responsible, motivated candidate for the position of ATGM operator, as part of the 154th Separate Mechanized Brigade, 16th Army Corps, Operational Command "North" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing the combat situation to make quick, well-founded decisions during combat operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and military standards while operating the missile system
• Knowing the weapons, aiming and observation devices, and keeping them constantly combat-ready
• Knowing the rules for launching anti-tank missiles and being able to fire accurately
• Systematically checking the condition of weapons, sighting devices, loading and laying mechanisms, performing their maintenance, immediately fixing detected malfunctions, and reporting to the squad leader
• Inspecting, preparing, and packing ammunition for firing

Requirements:

• readiness for physical and psychological strain
• high level of military discipline and responsibility
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• having combat experience will be an advantage
• a high level of motivation and stress resistance
• experience in similar military positions will be an advantage
