Chemical Defense Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a responsible, motivated candidate for the position of chemical defense specialist, as part of the 154th Separate Mechanized Brigade, 16th Army Corps, Operational Command "North" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• conducting radiation, chemical, and biological reconnaissance
• Detection, analysis, and identification of hazardous substances
• organizing and carrying out RCB threat protection measures
• Preparing and using specialized individual and collective protective equipment
• decontamination, degassing, and disinfection of territories, equipment, and gear
• Maintaining records and reports on the results of activities conducted

Requirements:

• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• knowledge of the basics of chemistry, biology, and physics
• ability to work with substance-analysis equipment
• high level of discipline, attentiveness, and responsibility
• technical or chemical education

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law directly into the military unit or contract service
