Platoon Commander

Overview

Commanding the platoon, ensuring a high level of combat readiness and discipline
Planning and organizing training activities, ensuring effective platoon training and preparation
Planning and developing strategies to achieve military operation objectives at the platoon level
Gathering, analyzing, and relaying information to battalion command.

Responsibilities:

• Good physical fitness
• Accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
• Accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
• Military service experience will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Desire to serve in defense of Ukraine
• Fitness for service based on moral and physical qualities
• No drug or alcohol dependency

Conditions:

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• Possibility of transferring current servicemen
• Monetary allowance from 25,000 to 125,000 depending on the assigned task, rank, and place of service
• Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• Social protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
