Senior Operator

Overview

Conducting fire training and participating in combat exercises
Mastering and effectively using firearms and combat equipment
Ensuring safety and discipline during service
Supporting the team and interacting with other brigade members
Performing other duty-related tasks assigned by the commander.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team and follow the commander's instructions
• Desire to improve one's skills and professional level.

Requirements:

• Desire to serve in defense of Ukraine
• Fitness for service based on moral and physical qualities
• No drug or alcohol dependency

Conditions:

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• Possibility of transferring current servicemen
• Monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 depending on the assigned task, rank, and place of service
• Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• Social protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
