• Experience working in this position
• Education: vocational
• Knowledge of military equipment and gear
• Ability to command a unit, organize and control military operations
• Responsibility, sociability, stress resistance.

Requirements:

• Desire to serve in defense of Ukraine
• Fitness for service based on moral and physical qualities
• No drug or alcohol dependency

Conditions:

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• Possibility of transferring current servicemen
• Monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 depending on the assigned task, rank, and place of service
• Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• Social protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
