Squad Leader

Overview

Directing and training subordinates, including assigning tasks, motivating, and mentoring servicemen
Understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve mission objectives
Maintaining communication with senior commanders and providing reports on the state of affairs in one's section
Supporting military security and personnel safety.

Responsibilities:

• Fitness for service based on moral and physical qualities
• Stress resistance

Requirements:

• Desire to serve in defense of Ukraine
• No drug or alcohol dependency
• Experience serving in this position
• Military rank of junior sergeant or higher

Conditions:

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• Possibility of transferring current servicemen
• Monetary allowance from 23,000 to 123,000 depending on the assigned task, rank, and place of service
• Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• Social protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation
