Mortar Commander

Overview

Planning and conducting training with your unit to improve combat readiness
Issuing fire orders, designating targets, and coordinating fire support with other units
Proper functioning and maintenance of the mortar
Supporting military security and personnel safety.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of procedures and safety rules when working with firearms
• Ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
• Responsibility and discipline
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Requirements:

• Desire to serve in defense of Ukraine
• Fitness for service based on moral and physical qualities
• No drug or alcohol dependency

Conditions:

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• Possibility of transferring current servicemen
• Monetary allowance from 23,000 to 123,000 depending on the assigned task, rank, and place of service
• Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• Social protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
