The 131st Separate Reconnaissance Battalion named after Colonel Yevhen Konovalets invites you to serve under the "Contract 18-24: Drones" program for the key position of Scout.

We are a tactical reconnaissance battalion within Operational Command "South". Since 2015, we have carried out the most difficult tasks in eastern Ukraine, repelling russian aggression. A scout is someone who obtains vital data and holds the information advantage. Your work using modern reconnaissance tools (including UAVs) will be decisive for the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• - carrying out assault, sabotage, and reconnaissance combat missions
• - carrying out combat tasks as part of the unit
• - readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• - fitness for service in terms of health and moral/professional qualities
• - high level of motivation and stress resistance

Requirements:

• - Good physical fitness
• - Shooting skills, terrain orientation
• - Combat experience will be an advantage
• - Experience serving in reconnaissance units will be an advantage
• - Knowledge of tactical medicine will be an advantage
• - Completion of a basic military training course will be an advantage
• - Military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• Terms of service for candidates aged 18-24:
• contract service for a term of 1 year
• monetary allowance of 1,000,000 hryvnias per year under the "Contract 18-24" program (200,000 hryvnias immediately upon signing the contract and 800,000 hryvnias paid in two installments over the contract term) + up to an additional 120,000 hryvnias per month + bonuses for combat tasks
• priority processing through the Military Medical Commission
• completion of enhanced training (basic combined-arms training, specialized training, an adaptation course at the military unit, etc.) of up to three months in the event of assignment to a position in a new specialty and/or the unit's rearmament with new weapons and military equipment
• housing compensation during service
• Terms of service for candidates aged 25 and over:
• contract service (term of three years or more)
• possibility of transferring current servicemen within Operational Command "South"
• service in combat operations areas
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias guaranteed, + an additional reward from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias per month depending on the assigned task and place of service
• guaranteed leave of up to 30 calendar days per year (under martial law) and an additional 10 calendar days in case of family circumstances
