Overview

The 24th Separate Assault Battalion "Aidar" is a professional assault unit of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, formed in 2014 on the wave of the Revolution of Dignity. The battalion took part in the fiercest battles in eastern Ukraine in 2014-2022 and continues to carry out combat missions at the front today.
We combine the experience of a professional army with an unbreakable volunteer spirit. A clear goal, coordinated action, brotherhood, and motivation — this is what sets "Aidar" apart.

An Infantryman is a versatile soldier who carries out the most difficult combat missions, engaging the enemy directly, and personally sends invaders to hell.

By joining our unit, already during training and combat coordination you will have the opportunity to choose a specialization (assault trooper, grenadier, machine gunner, sniper, sapper, rifleman, etc.). You will also be able to undergo additional professional training if needed.

Responsibilities:

• destroying enemy personnel and equipment
• Participating in defensive and assault operations
• Reconnaissance and observation
• Participating in humanitarian missions
• Continuous training and improvement of tactical, firing, and physical skills

Requirements:

• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• ability to stay calm in critical situations
• a sufficient level of physical fitness
• desire to learn and develop in an elite military unit
• combat experience (will be an advantage)

Conditions:

• service in a legendary unit with combat experience since 2014
• a professional team and support from fellow soldiers.
• the opportunity to complete additional training.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task
• full provision of ammunition, weapons, and all necessary gear.
• annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
