Combat Medic
Overview
The 93rd Separate Anti-Tank Battalion is looking for responsible people who wish to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the position of COMBAT MEDIC
Responsibilities:
- Providing pre-medical and first medical aid to the wounded in the combat zone.
- Evacuating the wounded from the battlefield to stabilization points or medical stations.
- Performing stabilization procedures (stopping bleeding, monitoring breathing, immobilization, etc.).
- Ensuring medical triage during mass casualty events.
- Keeping records of medical supplies and first-aid kits, monitoring their completeness.
- Maintaining personnel's medical readiness: checking first-aid kits, training in TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) basics.
- Participating in planning and preparing medical support for combat sorties.
- Interaction with higher-level medical services for the transfer of wounded personnel and information about their condition.
- Compliance with safety and camouflage measures during task performance.
Requirements:
- Physical readiness: readiness to perform heavy physical tasks;
- Endurance: the ability to act under high pressure and stress;
- providing first medical aid;
- evacuation of the wounded;
- medical support for servicemen;
- maintaining medical records and tracking the unit's medical supplies;
- participation in combat tasks together with your unit;
Conditions:
- Monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH based on task performance;
- Provision of uniform and personal protective equipment, and full meals;
- Annual leave — 30 calendar days, and social benefits in accordance with current legislation;
- Free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained during combat.
