Overview

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade is a formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's units are stationed in the picturesque Zakarpattia region.

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade is one of the most experienced military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with a history spanning more than a century. Since 2014 it has been engaged in combat in the most difficult sectors — holding the defense, liberating Ukrainian territory, and effectively destroying the enemy.

More than 20 of the brigade's service members have been awarded the highest state honor — the title of Hero of Ukraine. Of these, 16 have received it since the start of the full-scale russian invasion.

Responsibilities:

• transporting cargo and personnel
• Maintaining and monitoring the vehicle's technical condition
• Performing basic repairs in field conditions
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit

Requirements:

• possession of a category B, C driver's license
• experience maintaining and operating vehicles
• readiness to work in the combat operations area
• military service experience will be an advantage
• possession of a category D, E driver's license will be an advantage

Conditions:

• official mobilization for the period of martial law or contract service
• transfer of current servicemen from other military units with the consent of direct leadership at their place of service
• monetary allowance from 24,000 to 124,000 hryvnias
• a full social package
• guaranteed monetary reward upon signing a first contract of three years or more
• the opportunity to travel abroad while on leave
• full provision of necessary gear and equipment
