Overview

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade is a formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's units are stationed in the picturesque Zakarpattia region.

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade is one of the most experienced military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with a history spanning more than a century. Since 2014 it has been engaged in combat in the most difficult sectors — holding the defense, liberating Ukrainian territory, and effectively destroying the enemy.

More than 20 of the brigade's service members have been awarded the highest state honor — the title of Hero of Ukraine. Of these, 16 have received it since the start of the full-scale russian invasion.

Responsibilities:

• Performing navigation and gunlaying functions as part of the tank platoon;
• Collaborating with the commander and other crew members;
• Understanding the operating principles of the tank's gun and other tank mechanisms;
• Performing other tasks related to operating the tank;
• Compliance with safety requirements while operating the tank;
• Ability to work in stressful situations;
• Compliance with discipline and chain-of-command rules.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the operating principles of tanks and military equipment;
• knowledge of the tank's fighting compartment;
• understanding of the specifics of ammunition modifications;
• confident communication skills
• readiness to spend long periods in confined spaces;
• responsibility and the ability to make quick, well-founded decisions;
• ability to work under high stress and responsibility;
• ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures.
