Technician, Drone Workshop, "DRSG" UAS Platoon

Overview

The "DRSG" UAV platoon of the 423rd Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion is a team of professionals with extensive experience working with both multirotor UAVs (DJI, FPV, heavy bombers) and fixed-wing types (reconnaissance and strike drones). The unit's servicemen have taken part in combat operations in the Donbas, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kursk, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions. The platoon is currently scaling up and looking for people to pass on their knowledge and continue effectively carrying out combat missions. The team is focused on results on the battlefield and isn't interested in "paperwork" and other rear-echelon bureaucracy. Candidates are valued for initiative and unique experience, and the team strives to create the best possible service conditions for all its members.

Responsibilities:

• preparing FPV drones and repeaters for operation, flashing, soldering, and configuration
• monitoring the latest developments and approaches in the FPV field and implementing them
• repair of ground stations, antennas, and cables
• monitoring the workshop's supply of necessary components

Requirements:

• basic level of technology understanding and interest in the operating principles of unmanned systems
• ability to learn and willingness to learn new things
• ability to solder, maintain, and repair electronics will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen within Operational Command "South" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• monetary allowance of up to 50,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders
